All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

For standard, non-customize items, estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 working days.
For customize items such as curtains, we offer two types of service.
1) Economy custom making 8-9 weeks
2) Express custom making around 3 weeks
Normally, the pricing we provide for custom making service is Economy option as it is better value for money. If you need Express custom making, please get in touch with us.
Please note the ongoing pandemic has caused worldwide delays in shipping. These delays have affected supply chains in every industry, particularly disrupting businesses in bringing raw materials into the country. We are doing our best to maintain the lead time we quoted, we anticipate there may be delays in delivery, we will let you know in advance if delays may occur to your order. Thanks for your understanding.
For standard/off the shelf items, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we allow exchange only once for an order you placed in our online store.
If the products that you have purchased from us are custom made, unfortunately we do not offer return or exchange. As the products are made specific to your requirements.
If the item you purchased is not a customized item, but we needed to order it in according to your preferred size, color, and style. We do not offer return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request meets our policy criteria, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange the item, we will bear the cost of shipping to send you the replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
